Endrick’s future at Real Madrid is becoming increasingly uncertain after reports revealed that the Brazilian is open to joining AC Milan, months after the two sides reached a basic agreement.

Endrick ready to leave Real Madrid as AC Milan move comes back to life

Endrick’s future at Real Madrid has become increasingly uncertain, with the Brazilian forward reportedly opening the door to a move to AC Milan.

The highly-rated youngster has struggled to earn regular playing time in Madrid and could now consider leaving the Spanish giants during the January transfer window.

AC Milan have followed Endrick for months and were already close to bringing him to Italy during the summer.

Now, with his opportunities at Real Madrid still extremely limited, the possibility of a move to San Siro has returned.

Endrick already gave Milan the green light

According to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, Milan reached a basic agreement with Endrick during the summer transfer window.

The Brazilian was reportedly open to joining the Rossoneri and had given a positive response to the idea of moving to Italy.

However, the transfer did not happen.

Real Madrid coach José Mourinho wanted Endrick to remain at the club and reportedly promised him more opportunities during the new season.

That convinced the forward to stay in Madrid rather than move to Milan.

Playing-time promises have not worked out

But the situation has not developed as Endrick hoped.

The Brazilian has remained on the edge of Real Madrid’s starting XI and has received very few minutes during the opening part of the campaign.

Reports suggest he has played only a handful of minutes across Madrid’s opening matches.

A physical problem also affected his availability, but competition for attacking places has made his situation even more difficult.

Endrick is now beginning to consider whether leaving Real Madrid temporarily could be the best solution for his development.

AC Milan opportunity returns

Milan remain interested in the young striker.

The Italian club have not forgotten the agreement reached with the player during the summer and are reportedly ready to return for him in January.

Moretto claims Endrick has once again opened the door to Milan.

That means the Rossoneri could have a real chance of signing him if Real Madrid agree to a loan move.

Milan believe Endrick could add speed, power and goals to their attack while also receiving the regular playing time he currently lacks in Spain.

January loan looks like most realistic option

A permanent transfer appears unlikely at this stage.

Real Madrid still consider Endrick an important player for the future and are not expected to sell him permanently.

Instead, a short-term loan until the end of the season is being discussed as the most realistic solution.

Such a deal would allow Endrick to play regularly while Real Madrid continue to control his long-term future.

Roma also interested in Endrick

However, AC Milan are not the only club interested.

AS Roma have also been linked with the Brazilian and could compete for his signature in January.

Reports suggest Endrick is open to both Italian clubs.

That means Milan have not yet won the race.

The player has shown interest in San Siro, but there is currently no final agreement for a January transfer.

Pato tells Endrick to leave Madrid

Former AC Milan and Brazil striker Alexandre Pato has also spoken about Endrick’s situation.

Pato believes his fellow Brazilian needs regular football and suggested that staying on the bench at Real Madrid could slow his development.

He also confirmed that Milan had shown serious interest in the youngster during the summer.

For Pato, a move away from Madrid could give Endrick the chance to become an important player again.

Real Madrid face difficult decision

Real Madrid now have an important decision to make.

They clearly value Endrick’s potential, but keeping him without regular minutes could become a problem.

A loan to a major European club such as Milan would allow him to gain experience at the highest level while remaining part of Madrid’s long-term plans.

At the same time, losing an attacking option in the middle of the season would reduce Mourinho’s squad depth.

Endrick’s January future becoming one to watch

Endrick has not officially asked to leave Real Madrid, and no January agreement has been completed.

But his position has clearly changed compared with the summer.

He was persuaded to stay after receiving promises of more opportunities.

Those minutes have not arrived, while Milan remain ready to offer him a new path.

Endrick has already shown that he is open to joining the Italian giants, and if his situation at Real Madrid does not improve, a January move to San Siro could quickly become one of the biggest transfers of the window.
