Vinicius Junior has unexpectedly deleted every post from his Instagram account while contract talks with Real Madrid remain at a standstill, sparking fresh rumours about a “blockbuster” move to Arsenal.
The 26-year-old forward has more than 64 million followers on Instagram. However, fans were shocked to see that his account no longer contains any posts. Before this, Vinicius had shared 788 posts and several story highlights showing his journey with Real Madrid and the Brazil national team.

The move immediately started more speculation that Vinicius could be preparing to join Arsenal. On social media, many “The Gunners” fans believe this is a sign that the “blockbuster” transfer is getting closer.
One fan wrote: “He’s cleared his Instagram to get ready for his Arsenal announcement video.” Another commented: “Deleting everything right after contract talks slowed down either means he’s putting pressure on Real Madrid or getting ready for a huge change.” Some supporters even believe the famous “Here we go” announcement could arrive soon.
However, not everyone is convinced. Some fans believe Vinicius is simply preparing to announce a new contract with Real Madrid instead of leaving the Bernabeu.

There has been no official confirmation about the Brazilian star’s future. However, several reports claim that Vinicius rejected a new contract worth more than £360,000 per week because he wants a salary similar to Kylian Mbappe’s. The French forward is currently earning around £500,000 per week at Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta reportedly sees Vinicius as his top attacking target after leading the club to the Premier League title last season. If the deal is completed, it would become one of the biggest signings in Arsenal’s history.
