Not even Lionel Messi managed to score in all five of Barcelona’s opening official matches of a season.

Five games, five scoring appearances

Raphinha has scored against Athletic Club, Elche, Rayo Vallecano, Valencia and Feyenoord.

The first four goalscoring appearances came in La Liga, while the fifth arrived in the Champions League.

That cross-competition element makes the achievement unique in Barcelona history.

He needed one goal against Feyenoord to set the record. Instead, he scored twice.
