Jude Bellingham Makes Real Madrid History With Incredible 50-Goal Record

Jude Bellingham has officially made Real Madrid history after becoming the first English player to score 50 goals for the Spanish giants.

The 23-year-old midfielder reached the incredible milestone during Real Madrid’s 3-0 victory over Racing Santander on November 1.

Even more impressively, Bellingham achieved the record in just 154 appearances for the club.

Bellingham becomes the first English player to reach 50 goals

Real Madrid took control of the match after Kylian Mbappé opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 11th minute.

Just ten minutes later, Bellingham doubled the lead with a well-taken finish after receiving a pass from Arda Güler.

Yan Diomande then added a third goal to complete an impressive victory.

Bellingham’s goal was his 50th for Real Madrid, making him the first English player in the club’s history to reach that number.

The former Borussia Dortmund star has also provided 37 assists since joining Madrid in 2023.

Bellingham moves ahead of Zidane’s goal record

Another impressive detail makes Bellingham’s achievement even more special.

The England international has now scored more goals for Real Madrid than legendary midfielder Zinedine Zidane.

Bellingham reached 50 goals in 154 appearances, while Zidane scored 49 goals in 227 matches.

That means Bellingham passed the French legend’s goal total despite playing 73 fewer games.

Bellingham speaks after his historic achievement

Speaking after the match, Bellingham expressed his happiness at reaching the milestone.

“Reaching 50 goals with Real Madrid is very special,” he told the club’s official media.

However, the midfielder made it clear that helping the team win remains more important than personal records.

Real Madrid’s victory also extended their winning run to six consecutive matches across all competitions.

At just 23 years old, Bellingham has already written his name into Real Madrid history, and his impressive journey is far from over.
